This was harder than I thought it was going to be! I think the hardest letters to find are ‘X’, ‘V’, ‘Z’, and ‘N’. Yes, ‘N’ is very difficult for some reason. My ‘Z’ author was easy this year. I read The Book Thief early in the year. It looks like Joy is having an A-Z Title and Author challenge for 2008. I’m going to think about it again, but since I just completed one this year, I don’t know if I’ll be able to fit it in. I’d like to, but there are just so many books and so little time!

“N” was surprisingly hard to find. I ended up with Sara Nelson’s So Many Books, So Little Time, and I had Nabokov in reserve, but that was a big book.
I never did read a U or Y. I thought Y would be easier to find.
I received my book in the mail…thanks again! I can’t wait to read it!
Congrats! The 2008 challenge has proven to be so much easier for me because I already have so many books lined up. Also for the difficult letters to fill, I am able to use children’s and young adult authors/titles that I didn’t even consider before. I think I only had to add 4 books. Not bad, especially when I wanted to read them anyway. Well, 3 of them.
I hope you’ll reconsider and join us.
