- Writing guides, grammar books, punctuation how-tos . . . do you read them? Not read them? How many writing books, grammar books, dictionaries–if any–do you have in your library?
Answer: I have them, but I don’t use them that much. I use the online dictionary and thesaurus at times, though. I love grammar and do have quite a few grammar books, but that’s mostly because I was an English teacher for a few years.

I’m a bit disappointed with this BTT question, actually. It is only my second time participating, and the question doesn’t seem as interesting as others I have read.
I love dictionaries, but do use the on-line versions as well.
I just love my reference books! I’m always dipping into them for this and that.

I only have one but it’s very good – now I just need to apply what I have learnt
I rarely use my dictionaries, since nowadays I’m able to look up words online. Still, they are a must-have in the bookshelf!

Reference books are always a good thing and I’m old school enough that I can usually find something faster in a real book than I can on line!

I enjoy using online dictionaries and thesauri as well. I’ve noticed that they best (in my opinion, anyway) is the Merriam-Webster site.
