This challenge was hosted by Caribousmom.
The goal was to choose at least 4 book with a common theme; mine was to read at least six different languages in translation.
I completed this by reading books originally published in German, Icelandic, Japanese, Hungarian, French, and Italian. I had three books each originally in Hungarian and Japanese, and two originally in French.
My favorites were Silence, The Road Past Altamont, and Strangers.
