There are some wonderful vlogs out there talking about the readathon this weekend. You should really check them out! (Maw Books, B&b Ex Libris, Bart’s Bookshelf, Stuff as Dreams Are Made On)
I wasn’t brave enough to do a vlog (plus I don’t have a webcam), but I thought I’d try my hand at an audio chat and see how that worked. I’d love to eventually discuss books with other bloggers via skype, and record and publish those conversations as well. Anyone interested? Let me know! (If you’re in a reader you may have to click through to the post to hear the audio below.)

You have a great voice! Novellas and young adults are on my list for the read-a-thon. I think it’s smart how you’re adding challenge reads to your list.I didn’t think of that. I hope you do more audio chats in the future.

I have Alexander McCall Smith’s first Ladies Detective book that I think I will add now to my read-a-thon plans! I’ve got a few Newbery’s on deck too.
