Yay! I’m so glad you really enjoyed this one. I have it on my iPod and my TBR Shelf. I’m fairly certain I will be listening to it – hopefully soon.

I loved the House of the Scorpion as well! I recommend it to tons of students at my library and am always unsure of how to describe the plot; I just convince them to read it. When they come back they all rave about it as well

I have never read this genre! But I know lot of people love it! You too?!
I will try finding The Giver by Lois Lowry here!
